Flagrant violence of HUMAN RIGHTS

Muslim Forum of Kosova  as the organization which perform monitoring and oversee culture value and Islamic tradition in Kosova, feel preoccupied and shocked with the case of attempt of deny of the human rights guaranteed in the general Declaration above human rights of United States, days ago, when two excellent popils (girls) and with great scholar behavior at the year of studies XII in the high school “Aleksander Xhuvani” in Podujeva, Lindita Tahiri and Rifadije Jaha, by the director of this high  school, Naim Salihu, where imminence for if they wont take off their veil from head they will be stopped from the rights of following the continuous lessons few days more from  finishing the school. He also told them and has attract a remark on “if today the veil is allowed, then does this mean that tomorrow in the school, pupils will have to pray five times a day, or in stead of bell to hear the Ethan”.  We cannot premeditate in which irrational logic the brain of this director Naim Salihu think and work.

We sent a request to the director of this high school Naim Salihu in stead of attempt to prohibit the veil of his two excellent pupils, let he attempt and prove to take off from head the veil of his mother or grandmother, if the veil trip him up so much.  And for the pupils that can perform their prayer in the schools, it looks how poor is his view and that he never went out from Kosova, to see how in the West and South as in the school, colleagues, faculties, there are special places where pupils and students can perform prayer and devotion regardless of their relative religion.  The two excellent pupils and with the great behavior, in stead of getting stimulation and being rewarded, the director of the school imminence them and forbid from continuous lesson. But let Naim Salihu know that those two girls tomorrow when they will finish the high school, and continue with their studies in faculty, they will be the sample how  the kosovar educated female ant that the same time practice her islam religion will be useful as for her family, region, homeland, nation, religion, and human society in general, and that in the future a wife and mother which will know to educate her descendants in the best health human way, nationally and religiously.
Muslim Forum of Kosova also in the future will be engagement in progress of freedom and human rights having in consideration as the based rights also the stile of wearing, feeding, drink, music, folklore, art etc.
